CLICK & COLLECT

Click and Collect orders are available for collection, free of charge from our Stadium store & The Dell Pub.
You will receive a confirmation email once you have placed your order. Your order will then be
processed by our team at the Stadium Store. Upon completion, you will receive a second email
confirming your parcel is ready for collection. Please ensure you wait until you have received the
second email prior to visiting the store to avoid disappointment.

To collect your order from the Stadium Store please come to the Click & Collect Collection Point in the Stadium Store with
your order confirmation email and photographic proof of identity (passport or driving license).

Opening Times - Stadium Store
Sunday - Wednesday: CLOSED
Thursday: 12pm – 7pm
Friday & Saturday: 10am - 4pm

Home mid-week match days the store is open from 10am until kick off and 30 minutes after the final
whistle.

Home weekend match days the store is open 10am until kick off and 30 minutes after the final
whistle.

To collect your order from The Dell Pub, please approach a member of staff with
your order confirmation email and photographic proof of identity (passport or driving license).

Order online before 12pm and collect the same day from 1pm or order before 3pm and collect the same day from 4pm.

Monday – Saturday – 8am to 11pm
Sunday – 10am to 9pm

Orders must be collected within 14 days of receiving your confirmation email. After this date your
item(s) will be returned to our warehouse, and we will refund your purchase. Please note that it may
take up to 10 working days for your uncollected parcel to be refunded and credited to your account.
