Guidance for use:

Wash or sanitise your hands prior to removing or putting on your face covering. 

To wear your face covering, put the top part over your nose, then pull the bottom part over your mouth and chin. 

Pinch the shape-forming nose bridge to improve contact.

Try to avoid touching the face covering after it is worn.

How long can I use them for at once?

A maximum of 12 hours per use.

Can I wash it?

After use or once damp face covering should be removed and washed immediately.

Reusable coverings can be washed by hand or in a washing machine.

If using a washing machine, use a gentle cycle up to 60°C temperature. 

Air dry or machine dry on low heat.

How long can I wear my face covering for?

We recommend reusable coverings can be washed up to 100 washing cycles.

Filter pocket and filter:

This mask includes a filter pocket and filter to meet the WHO guidance to wear a face coverings of at least three layers.

What is a PM 2.5 filter?

The PM 2.5 filters particles down to 2.5 microns wide, protecting you from many harmful particles in the environment. We recommend a maximum usage time of 69 hours per filter.

When returning the item by post we would advise that you send the goods by special delivery. As we cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods returned are faulty.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the processing of returns.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if it appears that the item has been tampered with, incorrectly washed, or subjected to more than reasonable wear and tear. This does not affect your statutory rights.
