Mystery Box purchases:
1. Club: Southampton Football Club Limited, company number 00053301 St Mary’s Stadium, Britannia Road, Southampton SO14 5FP, email: supporterservices@saintsfc.co.uk (“Club”).
2. The offer to purchase a mystery box (“Mystery Box”) from the Club is open to customers aged 18 or over and will run from 17 March 2025 until 30 June 2025, or while supplies last, whichever is sooner (“Competition Period”).
3. Employees or agencies of the Club and its group/associated companies or their family members, or anyone else connected with the Club will not be eligible to purchase a Mystery Box.
4. Any advertisement is not representative of what customers will receive in a Mystery Box. The contents of a Mystery Box are selected completely at random.
5. Mystery Boxes are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or size/colour exchanges unless deemed faulty. No price adjustments on prior purchases.
6. Mystery Box purchases cannot be combined with other discounts and promotions.
7. Shipping and tax, if applicable, will be applied to all orders. Shipping costs and taxes to international addresses will vary based on location and customers are responsible for paying any applicable International Duties and Taxes.
8. If a customer orders multiple Mystery Boxes across different orders, boxes may contain duplicate items. The Club will not review previous customer purchase history and cannot guarantee that the customer’s Mystery Box will not contain a style they previously purchased.
9. Sizes and colours for any item are subject to availability.
10. Customers who purchase a Mystery Box shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Mystery Box Winners:
12. Six (6) Mystery Boxes will contain an additional prize (“Prize”) as detailed in the ticket found in the box of a winning customer (“Winner”). The Club will place Prize tickets in Mystery Boxes at random from all valid customers throughout the Competition Period.
13. The six (6) Prizes available are:
-
a meal at The Dell Pub for two (2) people on a non-matchday, consisting of a main meal, dessert and one drink per person;
-
two (2) tickets for the Club’s hospitality at an upcoming football match held at St Mary’s Stadium;
-
two (2) general admission tickets for the Club’s 90s Music Night held at St Mary's Stadium on 25 April 2025;
-
two (2) tickets for the Club’s A Night at the Darts Event on 17 July 2025;
-
a football signed by the Club’s first-team players; and
-
a £30 voucher for the Club’s retail store.
14. To claim the Prize, Winners must complete the digital form which is accessible from the QR code on the ticket found in the winning Mystery Box. Prizes are limited to one per customer. If a digital prize form is completed by multiple customers, the Club will award the Prize to the first customer to complete the form, subject to the Club’s discretion. The Club reserves the right to screen customers against its internal fan behavior records and to select an alternative Winner for a Prize where a customer is found to have received a Club ban.
15. All travel arrangements and sustenance required in order to avail any Prize will be at the cost of the Winner and the sole responsibility of the Winner to arrange.
16. If a Winner rejects their Prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Winner’s Prize will be forfeited, and the Club shall be entitled (but not required) to select another Winner.
17. The Club reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Prizes with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of the Club in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part for the Prizes. In the event that the Prizes offered are unavailable due to circumstances beyond its control, the Club reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
19. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be sold.
20. The Club must make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the surname and county of the Winner can be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to the Club at the address below after the Competition Period.
21. If Winners do not want their surname and county included on the list of winners referred to above, Winners should notify the Club within 14 days of completing the digital prize form. In such circumstances, the Club must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

23. The Club accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss or liabilities, loss of earnings, injury, missed opportunity or disappointment incurred or suffered by an entrant as a result of purchasing a Mystery Box. The Club further disclaims any liability for injury or damage to an entrant or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Mystery Boxes. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the liability of the Club for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
24. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Club may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude a customer from receiving a Prize.
25. The Club reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prizes where it becomes necessary to do so.
26. The purchase of Mystery Boxes and any corresponding Prizes will be governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
