Delivery times may be longer during peak periods such as kit launches, promotions, or holidays.
Customs Fees & Import Duties
For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply in addition to the postage already paid at checkout.
These charges are applied once the package reaches the destination country and must be paid by the recipient.
Southampton FC cannot control or predict these charges. Customs policies vary between countries, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

Safe Place Deliveries
If you select a safe place delivery option, responsibility for the order transfers to the customer once the courier confirms delivery.
Southampton FC cannot offer refunds or exchanges for orders left in a designated safe place.

Collecting from the Stadium Store
Orders can be collected from the Click & Collect point inside the Stadium Store whenever the store is open.
Opening Times – Stadium Store
Sunday – Wednesday: Closed
Thursday: 12pm – 7pm
Friday & Saturday: 10am – 4pm
Home Matchdays
On home matchdays the Stadium Store is open from 10am until kick-off, and 30 minutes after the final whistle.
Matchday Tip
If collecting on a matchday, skip the queues by entering through the exit door and going directly to Till 8 for Click & Collect orders.
Collection Window
Orders must be collected within 14 days of receiving your collection ready email.
If your order is not collected within this time, it will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be issued. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed.

Follow the steps below to take part in our official auctions.
1. Log In to Your Account
You must be logged in to place a bid.
If you do not have an account, you can create one during checkout or reset your password if you already have an account.
2. Place Your Bid
Enter your maximum bid amount on the product page.
Our auction system will then automatically bid on your behalf in £5 increments, up to your maximum amount.
Please review your bid carefully before confirming.
3. If You Win the Auction
When the auction ends, the winning bidder will receive a confirmation email.
To complete your purchase:

Log in to the account used to place the bid

Add the winning auction item to your basket

Proceed to checkout as normal
You may also add additional retail items to your basket before completing payment.
4. Payment Deadline
Winning bidders have 5 days to complete payment.
If payment is not completed within this time, the item may be offered to the next highest bidder.
Please note that some auctions may have different deadlines, which will be shown on the product page.
5. Delivery
Once payment has been completed, your item will be securely packaged and shipped via an insured delivery service.
All auction items are supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity confirming their provenance.
Returns
Unfortunately, auction items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Item Terminology
We use the following terms to describe auction items:
Match Worn
Worn by the indicated player during the specified match. The item is unwashed.
Match Issued
Prepared for the indicated player for the specified match but not worn during the game.
Match Used
Used during the specified match by more than one player.
Worn / Used
Worn by the indicated player but washed after use and may show signs of wear.
