Have a look at the listings page for all our current live auction items.
Ensure you are logged in, if you are not logged in you will be unable to place a bid and take part. If you are unsure if you have an existing account you can log in, change your password, or create an account.
Once you have logged in, you can now bid! Enter your max bid on the product page. The Auction system will automatically bid for you in increments of £5 until you have reached your max bid amount. Please review your bid before entering as mistakes may be voided upon request
If you have won, once the auction has ended, we will send you an email to confirm.
When you are ready to pay, please log in to the account you used to place your bids. You will be able to add the auction item you have won to the basket along with any other items you wish to purchase and check out as usual.
You will have 5 days to complete your purchase after which the item will be offered to the next highest bidder. Please note that each item may have its own deadline so please check before bidding.
Once you have paid and completed your order we will pick and pack your item and send via an insured service to ensure your item reaches you securely.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on auction items. All items will be sent with a certificate of Authenticity. If you have an issue, please contact Customer services.

When returning the item by post we would advise that you send the goods by special delivery. As we cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post. Postal charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods returned are faulty.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the processing of returns.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if it appears that the item has been tampered with, incorrectly washed, or subjected to more than reasonable wear and tear. This does not affect your statutory rights.
