The white away shirt always proves problematic when your home kit includes white stripes, so in the 1989-91 season Hummel also introduced this yellow third shirt, this was Hummels last shirt for the Saints. Although the Replica version of this jersey was never promoted in the match day programme this shirt made quite a few appearances in the two seasons it was in use.
